Oneway Facilities Management Ltd is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing financial transactions, including accounts
payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records and updated financial
spreadsheets.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and
forecasting.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing
account information.
- Maintaining an accurate debtor’s ageing analysis report.
- Ensuring timely payments of suppliers in conjunction with the
procurement department.
- Handle routine accounting tasks, such as invoicing and data
entry.
- Assist in auditing financial information to ensure accuracy
and compliance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support financial
projects and initiatives.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least CPA II or ACCA equivalent
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the
accounting or finance department
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office
applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow established
procedures.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and
regulations.
