Clinical/ Medical Psychologist Officer – 2 Positions

Duties and
responsibilities:
Duties at this
level will entail;
- conducting psychological assessment and diagnosis of
the clients and providing intervention and possible referrals; and
- Keeping appropriate records.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have;
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Health/Medical
Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Medical Education, Medical Sociology
from a recognized institution;
- Registration with the relevant professional regulatory
bodies; and
- One-year internship practice in a health facility under
supervision of a senior psychologist/ registered mental health
professional.
- Certificate in computer applications from a recognized
institution.
