Simba Corporation is hiring a Parts Sales Advisor to promote and sell automotive spare parts. The role is based in Nairobi and experience in automotive parts sales is required.
Responsible for driving parts
sales through retail and workshop counters.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in
Business, Automotive or any other related course from reputable
institution
- Minimum of 3 years’
proven experience in Auto Parts business
- Automotive Expertise:
Strong knowledge of automotive parts, applications, and compatibility
- Proficiency in ERP &
Digital Tools: ERP & EPC
- Excellent verbal and
written communication skills
- Negotiation &
Persuasion: Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and close deals effectively
- Strong problem-solving
and conflict-resolution skills
- Self-Driven, adaptable
and a person of integrity
