Tramigo is hiring an Operations & Business Controller – East Africa skilled in financial control, process improvement (Odoo ERP), cash flow optimization, and regional operational management.
Job Overview

- This is a hands-on role supporting our operations in Kenya, Rwanda
and selected regional markets. You’ll work closely with our CEO, Group CFO
and local teams to strengthen financial discipline, improve operational
follow-up and build better ways of working across East Africa.

Responsibilities
- Strengthen business control across our Kenya and Rwanda operations.
- Supervise in-house accounting and improve financial discipline.
- Improve billing, receivables, inventory control and cash flow
visibility.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities and external
stakeholders.
- Improve Odoo processes, reporting and data quality.
- Support selected finance and operational activities across
Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Act as a trusted operational partner for management, ensuring issues
are followed through to completion.

- Doesn’t wait for work to be assigned every day but identifies
issues, takes initiative and helps move things forward.
- Experience with ERP systems (especially Odoo),
accounting, inventory control, receivables, reporting and cross-border
operations is an advantage.
