Our client is a fast-growing travel technology company operating a digital marketplace that connects travel agencies and corporate clients with a wide range of flight inventory. Through strategic partnerships with airlines, global distribution systems (GDS), consolidators, and travel technology providers, the organization delivers seamless flight booking and fulfilment solutions across the region. To support its continued growth, the company is seeking a highly organized and commercially driven Supplier Relations Officer to manage supplier partnerships, optimize operational performance, and strengthen its supplier network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard airlines, GDS providers, consolidators, aggregators, and other flight suppliers.

  • Coordinate supplier onboarding activities, including commercial agreements, technical integrations, testing, and go-live readiness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier communications, relationship management, and operational escalations.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with airline partners, GDS account managers, consolidators, and NDC connectivity providers.
  • Support supplier contract management, commission tracking, renewals, and commercial performance monitoring.
  • Monitor supplier performance, including booking success rates, API uptime, content accuracy, and service-level compliance.
  • Investigate and coordinate resolution of supplier-related booking, ticketing, refund, and reissuance issues.
  • Track and manage Agency Debit Memos (ADMs), supplier disputes, and operational escalations.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams on ticketing workflows, BSP reconciliation, supplier payments, and commission reporting.
  • Prepare supplier performance reports, scorecards, and business review documentation.
  • Monitor market trends, airline distribution developments, NDC adoption, and competitor supplier strategies.
  • Ensure supplier documentation, contracts, SLAs, and operational records are accurately maintained.
  • Recommend improvements to supplier performance, commercial outcomes, and marketplace coverage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Tourism, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in airline distribution, GDS operations, supplier relations, travel technology, or travel marketplace operations.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one GDS platform (Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport).
  • Strong understanding of airline distribution, BSP processes, ticketing, refunds, reissues, and airline commercial structures.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and supporting commercial negotiations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and performance analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
