Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual audit plans
- Evaluate internal controls, risks management and governance process
- Review financial records, systems and operations for compliance
- Prepare audit reports with recommendations for management actions
- Follow up audit recommendations to ensure implementations
- Conduct special investigations when required
- Report to the principal and the board audit committee
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing option or
equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- CPA(K) / ACCA will be an added advantage.
- Member of ICPAK or any relevant professional body
- At least four years’ experience in external or internal auditing.
- Proficiency in accounting software
- High integrity and attention to detail.
