Job Summary

Our client is a growing real estate company seeking an experienced Construction Site Administrator to support the successful execution of a major project in Mombasa.


The ideal candidate will have strong experience in site administration, stakeholder coordination, reporting, and document management within construction or real estate development projects.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the project site.
  • Coordinate communication between project management, developers, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, meeting minutes, and official project documentation.
  • Maintain filing systems for contracts, approvals, permits, and compliance records.
  • Support procurement, logistics, and staff coordination activities.
  • Monitor office supplies, accommodation, transport, and general site administration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and company and project procedures.
  • Assist management with scheduling, project coordination, and reporting.
  • Handle confidential information professionally and securely.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in administrative roles on real estate or construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation and reporting procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Core Competencies

  • Experience working on construction or infrastructure sites.
  • Familiarity with real estate project coordination and construction compliance requirements.
  • Candidates based in Mombasa are highly preferred.
  • Strong professional ethics and ability to work in multicultural project environments.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and demanding site conditions.
