Our client is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to join our team as a Warehouse & Sourcing Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient sourcing, inventory accuracy, warehouse accountability, and smooth operational processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and manage farm produce and FMCG suppliers while ensuring
quality and cost efficiency.
- Negotiate supplier contracts and maintain strong supplier
relationships.
- Oversee dispatches and returns using ERP systems (Odoo experience is
an added advantage).
- Conduct daily inventory counts, reconciliations, and stock audits to
maintain accuracy and accountability.
- Monitor warehouse operations, minimize losses, and recommend process
improvements and automation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and
statutory regulations.
- Manage products and company assets, ensuring timely reconciliation
and reporting.
- Prepare accurate operational reports and analyze data to support
decision-making.
- Promote a culture of discipline, teamwork, accountability, and
continuous improvement.
Qualifications &
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management,
Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in sourcing, inventory management,
warehousing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
- Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and communication
skills.
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
