Business Development Executive Job in Kenya - Brand Quad Africa

Job Purpose

The Business Development Executive will play a key role in driving Brand Quad’s business growth by identifying and developing new client opportunities, preparing compelling business proposals, supporting sales pitches, managing client relationships, and coordinating training and client engagement events. The role requires a proactive, client-focused, and commercially driven individual with strong communication, proposal writing, and relationship management skills.

The successful candidate will support the organization in expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of business development and client engagement activities


This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and growth-oriented professional to contribute to Brand Quad’s business expansion, strengthen client relationships, and support the successful delivery of impactful client engagement initiatives and training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with BrandQuad’s solutions and services.
  • Conduct market research and prospecting to identify potential clients and industry opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and strategic partners.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of client pitches and business presentations.
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing client engagements to drive business conversion.

Proposal Development & Documentation

  • Prepare high-quality business proposals, concept notes, presentations, and client documentation.
  • Coordinate proposal development processes including information gathering and formatting.
  • Customize proposals to align with client needs and organizational objectives.
  • Maintain and update proposal templates, business development materials, and client databases.

 Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Follow up with existing clients to identify opportunities for additional business and service expansion.
  • Support client retention initiatives through regular engagement and relationship management.
  • Address client inquiries and coordinate internal follow-up to ensure timely responses.

 Reporting

  • Prepare periodic business development activity reports and pipeline updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and business opportunities.
  • Support general administrative tasks related to business development and client engagement.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, proposals, and client documentation.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • At least 2–5 years’ experience in business development, sales support, client relationship management, or training coordination.
  • Experience in proposal writing and client presentations will be an added advantage.
