Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Economics, Finance,
International Development, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in partnership development, business
development, fundraising, or donor engagement
- Proven experience managing donor-funded
- projects (agriculture, climate, finance, or related sectors)
- Strong proposal writing, budgeting, and reporting skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
