Social Media Personnel Job in Kenya - Truvets Techno-Systems

The Social Media Personnel will be responsible for managing Truvets’ social media platforms, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement and sales through digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
  • Create and post engaging content (graphics, short videos, captions, promotions)
  • Respond to customer inquiries and messages professionally and promptly
  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies
  • Run and monitor paid advertisements (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
  • Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
  • Promote new products, offers, and company events
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns

Qualifications


  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communication, IT, or related field
  • Proven experience managing business social media accounts
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Understanding of social media advertising
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of agro/veterinary products is an added advantage
