About the Role
- We are seeking a reliable, highly organised, and
numerate all-rounder to support day-to-day office operations,
administration, communications, and personal assistant functions.
- This is an entry-level but high-responsibility
role suited to a graduate or strong diploma holder who is comfortable
handling varied tasks, working with structured information, and
communicating professionally with different types of people.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in
keeping the office environment running smoothly, supporting administrative
workflows, assisting with communications, and providing direct support to
senior leadership when required.
- Prior experience is not essential — strong
aptitude, discipline, and willingness to learn are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration & Operations Support
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the
office environment
- Assist with coordination of office-related
matters and follow-ups
- Maintain organised records, documents, and basic
trackers
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed
accurately and on time
Administrative
& Documentation Support
- Prepare, format, and organise documents and
templates
- Assist with compiling information and supporting
materials
- Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
- Maintain attention to detail across all
documentation
Communications
& Digital Support
- Assist with professional communications (email,
messages, online platforms)
- Support basic social media activity and online
engagement
- Draft simple, professional written content when
required
- Ensure consistent, professional communication
standards
Personal
Assistant & General Support
- Provide direct administrative and coordination
support to senior leadership
- Assist with scheduling, logistics, and general
coordination
- Handle ad-hoc tasks with discretion and
professionalism
- Support planning and organisation across
multiple activities
Required
Profile Education
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or near completion)
in:
- Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting
- Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering
- IT, Computer Science
- Any field requiring structured thinking and
organisation
Skills
& Aptitude
- Strong numeracy and comfort working with figures
and structured information
- Confident computer user:
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (or Google
equivalents)
- Comfortable working with documents, templates,
and checklists
- Clear written and verbal English communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
