Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Finance/Accounting)
- Professional qualification in CPA, ACCA, or an
equivalent certification (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in audit
- Strong understanding and interpretation of new
auditing standards
- Good knowledge of International Financial
Reporting Standards (IFRS) and their application
- Solid understanding of International Standards
on Auditing (ISAs) and their application
- Strong people management and team leadership
skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
