We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and service-driven Assistant Executive Housekeeper to support housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction standards. The successful candidate will assist in managing daily operations, supervising teams, and maintaining the highest levels of quality, presentation, and service excellence across all areas of the property
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing
daily housekeeping and laundry operations
- Supervise housekeeping teams and ensure high
cleanliness and quality standards
- Coordinate room readiness, VIP requirements, and
special requests with Front Office and other departments
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and
back-of-house areas to ensure brand standards are met
- Oversee linen, laundry, supplies, and equipment
with effective cost control
- Handle guest concerns professionally and support
service recovery
- Support scheduling, deep-cleaning programs, and
operational reports
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, health &
safety, and company
- policies
- Deputize for the Executive Housekeeper when
required.
Requirements and Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Hotel, or
Housekeeping Management (or related field)
- 3–5 years’ housekeeping experience, preferably
in a 5-star hotel, with exposure of managing a unit.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, and
public area operations
- Experience handling VIP guests and special
service requirements
- Proficient in PMS and housekeeping reporting
systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and
guest-service skills with keen attention to detail
