Lead Facilitators Jobs in Kenya - Connecting Dots

Position Details

Skill: 3D Design, Scratch Coding & Digital Design Workshops
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Employment Type: Full-time Contractor
Duration: Full-Time (4 week probation)
Reporting to: Operations Coordinator

About This Roles

Are you passionate about transforming how children learn? Do you thrive in hands-on, dynamic environments where every day brings new creative challenges?

We’re seeking skilled and enthusiastic Lead Facilitators to deliver high-quality experiential learning workshops that genuinely change students’ lives. Depending on your specialization, you’ll guide
children through: 3D Design (TinkerCAD), Scratch Coding and Digital Design (Canva) workshops

This isn’t traditional teaching – you won’t be lecturing from the front of the room. Instead, you’ll spend just 5 minutes on theory and the rest of the time on the floor with students, working alongside them, meeting them where they are, and bringing learning to life through hands-on creation. Your energy, curiosity, and genuine enthusiasm will set the tone for every session, because children naturally
mirror what they see in you.

Workshops take place in partner schools or at our facilities in Westlands. These are six-week contracts with strong potential for extension based on your performance and our program needs.

  • Differentiate with purpose: Adapt your approach to meet each student’s pace and needs – every child must master the tools by the end and have presentable products
  • Get hands-on: Work alongside students at their level – on the floor, at tables, wherever learning is happening
  • Embrace active learning: Use learner-centered methods that prioritize discovery over lectures
  • Maintain professionalism: Operate in full compliance with our policies and partner school expectations
