Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant, based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Office Administrative Assistant will manage daily clerical and administrative tasks, provide executive support, handle communications, and ensure smooth office operations. The role also includes answering and managing phone communications, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and supporting the overall administrative needs of the office.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional Communication
  • Excellent Clerical Skills, including maintaining records and managing office supplies
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business and economics or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
