Our
client is a dynamic and innovative investment firm dedicated to delivering
exceptional services within the hospitality sector, specifically managing
high-end serviced apartments. As part of their commitment to tenant and guest
satisfaction, they are seeking a proactive and strategic Customer
Service Manager to oversee operations and enhance the
guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement
strategic plans and goals to ensure optimum tenant and guest satisfaction.
- Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day
operations of the serviced apartment complex, including overseeing
maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Policy Development: Create and implement
policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of serviced
apartments.
- Staff Management: Oversee the hiring, training,
and performance management of staff, ensuring high standards of service.
- Guest Liaison: Act as a liaison between the
serviced apartment complex and guests, addressing any issues or concerns
that may arise during their stay.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain
relationships with key clients and partners, including corporate clients
and travel agencies.
- Marketing & Sales Strategies: Develop and
execute marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and
revenue for the serviced apartments.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage
budgets, financial reports, and other financial documents to ensure
financial health.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with all
relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to the operation of
serviced apartments.
- Quality Inspections: Perform regular inspections
of the serviced apartments to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and
safe for guests.
- Guest Experience Enhancement: Develop and
implement strategies to improve the guest experience, leveraging
technology and innovations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business
development, sales, or strategic marketing, with a focus on real estate.
- Strong understanding of market trends, financial
statements, and business analytics.
