Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a
related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a busy
research environment, preferably in a research firm.
- Proven experience in Monitoring & Evaluation
(M&E) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving,
and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet
deadlines under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently
and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
