Professional Requirements
- Must possess Certificate of Secondary Education
- Must possess Diploma in relevant Information
Technology/Information Communication Technology/Information Science) from
a recognized institution
- Must have at least three (3) years working
experience as Clerical Officer I at Grade 5N or position of comparable
duties and responsibilities.
- Must be provide evidence of computer literacy.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive correspondences/mail from various
sources
- Sorting and classifying mails
- Open/ close files as required
- Update and maintain files by filling documents
- Control and trace the movement of files and
documents within the organization
- Processing and maintaining records and
statistics for the departments
- Maintaining efficient file indexing, folioing
and filling
- Custodian of all the records in the University
Registry
- Summarize documents
- Composing routine correspondence
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as
may be assigned from time to time
