As the first point of contact at Hewatele’s Tatu City facility, the Front Desk Officer will represent the company to high-caliber clients, guests, and partners. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and direct visitors with courtesy and
professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor logs.
- Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and
office supplies.
- Support administrative tasks and internal
communication.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration,
Public Relations, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a front office
or customer service role.
