Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative
operations, or executive assistance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential
information with integrity.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and document management systems.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and
coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize
tasks, and meet deadlines.
Job description:
- Follow up on reports, presentations, and
briefing materials for the Managing Director (MD)
- Coordinate and prepare meetings for the MD.
- Attend meetings and prepare accurate minutes.
- Track timelines and deadlines for both Regional
and Kenyan projects.
- Act as a liaison between the Project Managers,
Country Managers and the MD.
- Follow up on any administrative projects for the
MD.
- Ensure project invoices are done and subsequent
payments received from the respective Projects
