Job Purpose
The Group
Head Transformation Office will be responsible
for leading the organization’s transformational portfolio of strategic
initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Group’s vision, strategy, and growth
objectives. Working closely with the Group EPMO Director, senior leadership,
and key stakeholders, this role will provide oversight, governance, and
execution excellence across multiple complex programs, including digital
transformation, core banking modernization, and new financial platforms.
Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management & Leadership
- Oversee and manage the delivery of the bank’s
transformational portfolio, ensuring alignment with EGH strategic
priorities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of program and
project managers, creating a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Establish portfolio-level dashboards, reporting,
and governance processes for GCOO, and Board visibility.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
- Partner with the Group EPMO Director to advise
C-Suite and Board on portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Act as a key liaison between business units, IT,
risk, finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across geographies,
ensuring transformational initiatives deliver value and ROI.
Delivery & Risk Oversight
- Implement best-in-class P3M practices
(Portfolio, Program & Project Management) to ensure consistent
delivery.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks across
programs, with focus on vendor accountability and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure benefits realization tracking is embedded
into portfolio governance.
Strategic Enablement
- Support business transformation by aligning
portfolio delivery to customer experience, growth, and innovation targets.
- Lead change management, communication, and
adoption strategies for new platforms and digital solutions.
- Provide input into investment decisions, scope
renegotiations, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or
related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications (PgMP, PfMP, PMP,
MSP, MoP, or equivalent).
- 10+ years’ experience in portfolio/program
management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale
transformation in financial services, banking, or fintech.
- Experience working with SaaS vendors, digital
platforms, and cross-border delivery models.
- Strong governance, financial acumen, and
benefits realization expertise.
