Regional Collection Management:
- Collaborate with the PVSTAR regional manager to
oversee collection activities in the assigned area, ensuring collection
progress aligns with targets.
- Take full responsibility for the overall
collection progress in the designated region.
Key
Collection Execution:
- Efficiently execute instructions from the
Nairobi Operations Center for priority collection tasks in the region,
including:
- Conducting field visits to households with
delayed payments.
- Recovering and reselling products from
households with severely overdue payments.
- Provide timely progress reports to ensure
transparency and prompt feedback.
Team Management and Training:
- Manage and train collection agents and sales
agents in the region to ensure efficient collection operations.
- Provide necessary support and guidance to help
the team achieve collection targets.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Regularly visit households using PVSTAR solar
home systems to maintain good relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries promptly to ensure
satisfaction.
Dealer
and Agent Management:
- Conduct background checks on dealers and sales
agents in the region, including visiting their addresses to verify
details.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with
local chiefs to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements:
- Basic Tools: Must have basic work tools,
including a motorcycle and smartphone.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in
collections for off-grid solar home systems is preferred.
- Local Preference: Candidates from Migori, Homa
Bay, Kakamega, Siaya, Bungoma, and Kilifi are preferred.
- Resource Advantage: Existing relationships with
local collection agents are an advantage.
