Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; additional
certifications in telemedicine or related fields preferred.
- License: Valid nursing license with the Nursing Council of
Kenya
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience as a registered
nurse, preferably with experience in telehealth or remote patient care
Duties/Roles:
- Carry out Health Consultations both in person and using chat
interphases to assess, gather medical history and evaluate symptoms.
- Undertake patient care coordination to provide patients with
comprehensive careHandle Documentation and compliance by ensuring
adherence to privacy protocols, and legal and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate and offer Patient Education
